Statement from Do$age on why she remixed this classic:

The current political situation
A little while ago, i was approached by a friend on behalf of the band MDC (Millions Of Dead Cops) to do a remix of their track John Wayne Was A Nazi. As a long time hardcore punk fan, and anarchist, i agreed. I had no idea how politically relevant this would wind up being. I’ve waited to make a statement until this track was ready, so that i could announce that any proceeds it generates will go to supporting BLM, and other relief efforts. Keep fighting, keep protesting, keep pressing for change. The world is watching now, stay safe, stay heard. Im so proud of how communities all across the US have come together to combat the continued systemic injustice committed by the police, and i’m so happy to contribute in any way i can. -Do$age 2o2o
